2000: ErinLeigh as worked with hundreds of merchants and ATM owners on a one-to-one basis assisting with all types of ATM opportunities and issues. ErinLeigh is not just another voice on the telephone sitting in a cubicle. She has been 'in the field' on ATM installations, programming software, repairing and replacing hardware, even filling and balancing vended cash. She trains first-line users, troubleshoots with second-line service techs and often performs on-site installations and repairs herself.


Technical proficiency, coupled with a clear understanding of the human element involved, ErinLeigh has come to know exactly what ATM owners, small business owners and retail merchants desire and require to make the ATM part of their businesses simple, carefree and profitable.

My primary method for success is consistent white-glove customer service, something I believe bottom-line oriented businesses run by individuals focused on strategic planning and acquisitions have largely forgotten about.  If we nurture the roots, the entire tree along with all it’s branches and leaves will flourish.

2016 : We look toward the future with high hopes as a new connection with Kahuna ATM Solutions (a division of Cardtronics) brings expected empowerment and independence.

ErinLeigh has office hours, most days Monday - Friday 10am - 2pm. 3649 Erie Blvd East, Syracuse, NY, 13214 (Entrance 1).


Beyond office hours, site visitation for current customers is available at all times, all others by appointment only.

All contracted customers can always reach ErinLeigh directly 24/7 for calls and instant text messaging.

Graduating with Honors, the President, ErinLeigh Darnley, holds a bachelor degree from Rochester Institute of Technology, class of 1992. ErinLeigh is a specialist in Hospitality and Service Management.


Prior to entering the ATM Industry, in 1997, she compiled over 10 years of experience in hospitality service, public speaking, retail management, outside sales, cash and finance operations, and customer service.
